Location... Location... Location?
We anticipate the need for a facility with a minimum of twice the floor space that we currently have. We already have a list of 20 locations which we have been researching and ranking of those sites is being based upon how the locations meet our anticipated needs. Yes, expanding our current facility and parking areas are on this list.
We welcome your comments to this post so that we don't overlook any opportunities.

The list of 19 locations includes staying at our current site and expanding our facilities and parking. The most difficult part will be finding enough parking to accommodate our current members and those we anticipate joining as the 'baby boomers' become seniors.
The location question is currently our most critical issue. These important areas need to be adequately addressed as far as location is concerned:
1) It is visible from the street?
2) Is it easy to get to?
3) It is in an area that has a good reputation?
4) Does it have good accessibility for those who take the City Bus and for those who walk and for those that drive?
5) It is near other businesses that could or would compliment the Senior Center?
6) Does it have nice curb appeal?
7) Is it located in an area of town that is most convenient for those that currently utilize the Center?
8) Does the location have adequate parking facilities?
